RN program applicants apply for the following Spring and Fall semesters during the first week of September each year. For example, September 2021 applicants are applying for Spring and Fall 2022.

Applicants will log in below to create their Health Science Application account. Once the program application start date begins, an applicant logs into their Health Science Application account and chooses the program applying to. Continue to input required information and submit. Once the application is submitted online, applicants will have access to the signature page. Follow the instructions on the signature page to complete the application process. |

Transcripts must be received and processed by the documents due date to be considered.
